i have been receiving information downloads as long as i can remember. they come in the form of fully baked thoughts- a package of complex and dense information available instantly. this is a download i received while laying in the sun about six months ago.

people are portals for universal and collective ascension. we are here to transmute energy and matter toward love.
all living organisms transmute matter, energy, and information. we do this daily. we do this effortlessly.
a plant turns sunlight into oxygen. i turn oxygen into carbon dioxide. fungi turn stimuli into language sent across a complex network of mycelium. i turn a memory into a poem. we turn our pain into patterns and awakenings. or perhaps a more divine example is how oysters turn irritants into pearls.
we bring energy, information, and matter into our bodies and return it back to the world transformed, by us, through us, within us. in this way, we are in constant co-creation with our universe. a daily practice in mundane alchemy.
we think about most of these processes through the study of biology and psychology. yet there is still so much to learn about exactly how often living things are turning things into other things. as in, why do plants that hear classical music grow taller? what are plants turning sounds into? perhaps this is also how they live.
when we say the word body, we imagine a sum of parts- a head, a torso, appendages. but when i say body here, i mean the sum of the physical body, the etheric body, the emotional body, the mental body, and the spiritual body.
each of our bodies process information in their own way, and each has a vital role. the physical body will process in one way, while the emotional body processes in another, and so on. attuning ourselves to our different bodies, we can sense the edges of them- where they end and begin, where they feed into one another. where they are strong or weak, reliant or interdependent.
humans, animals, plants, fungi, rocks, oceans- all have their own individual set of physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
in collectives, humans create families, communities, and societies. animals create hives, herds, and flocks. plants create clusters, forests, and landscapes. and so on… and those groups have their own shared physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
as we create larger, expansive bodies comprised of the many individual bodies within, we unfurl in an almost fractal-like bodily structure- again, the sum of its parts.
as the smaller sections of the collective body, we feed and fuel that larger body with what we release into it- which is essentially, what someone else will later contend with taking in. we are creating new energy and information that others are digesting, recycling, and regurgitating.
i wonder if god is our inner consciousness which invites us toward a higher purpose in this role. that is, to transmute towards the highest good, or simply- to leave it better than you found it. which means, you do not take chaos and anger and pain create more chaos and more anger and more pain. which means, when you have the burden of taking in those things- you work to resolve them in yourself. you work toward the compassion of knowing what you put out will be someone else’s to take in, because you understand that to be alive is to be a living portal. or, as Adrianne Lenker sings “everything eats and is eaten”.
what is god if not our most primal urge to create more beauty and ease?
i continue to hear a divine call to rise to the occasion of this. shifting the fractal structure from the inside out. living portal beings who transform matter, energy, and information from day to day, year to year, and lifetime to lifetime.
[disclaimer: this post does not seek to imply that you should accept harmful and abusive behavior and then put out love and light. ending cycles of pain usually means holding new boundaries around the types of relationships and dynamics you allow in your life.]
